We are supporting an innovative consumer brand in the search for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to help lead and optimise their global ecommerce performance during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact fixed-term contract opportunity suited to a commercially driven digital leader with strong trading, performance and customer experience expertise.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of ecommerce performance across digital channels, balancing revenue growth, profitability and customer experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations and customer teams to drive conversion, optimise trading strategies and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
- Own and manage ecommerce trading performance, driving revenue growth and margin optimisation.
- Lead weekly trading and forecasting cadence, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and inventory performance.
- Develop pricing, promotional and bundling strategies informed by trading data and customer behaviour.
- Improve conversion rate, AOV and customer retention through merchandising, UX enhancements and experimentation.
- Partner with marketing teams to optimise paid media, CRM, SEO and digital acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to shape ecommerce roadmap priorities across web and app.
- Utilise analytics, attribution modelling and commercial insights to inform decision-making and investment priorities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing ecommerce function, fostering a data-led and commercially agile culture.
Significant ecommerce leadership experience within a DTC, retail or consumer-focused environment. Strong commercial trading background with ownership of online revenue performance. Advanced understanding of ecommerce platforms, analytics and experimentation tools. Proven success improving online conversion, retention and customer lifetime value. Experience working closely with marketing, digital product and technology stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial action. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling or transformation-led businesses.
