High Growth SaaS Scaling company in London, 4 days/week in office, 1 from home. Up to £100k base + uncapped commission + equity.
The opportunity: We're working with a high-growth, early-stage growing SaaS company that has landed strong traction across both fast-growing and established customers and just closed a funding round to back the next phase. The founders have taken sales as far as they can themselves. Now they need someone who can turn that early momentum into a repeatable, scalable commercial engine and who's excited to build it hands-on, not inherit a finished one.
You will own the full commercial cycle end-to-end: finding target customers, generating pipeline, running discovery and pilots, and closing. You will also build the infrastructure around you - CRM, sequencing, reporting, messaging, playbook - and, as the business grows, build and lead the team.
There is already real inbound signal from content, events, community and the founders' network. But this role isn’t about working warm leads - it’s for someone who’s a genuine hunter, comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities from nothing.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle, from outbound through to close
- Generate and close net-new business
- Build a repeatable outbound and GTM playbook from scratch
- Set up and improve CRM, sequencing and reporting
- Convert inbound, events and community activity into qualified pipeline
- Work directly with founders on pricing, positioning and GTM strategy
- Use modern sales and AI tooling to cut admin time and maximize selling time
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in sales or GTM at a startup or scale-up, with a track record of hitting targets and helping build the commercial function around you.
- Have built a sales motion, process or tooling, not just inherited one.
- Are genuinely strong at outbound (not just good at closing warm leads).
- Sell equally well over the phone and face-to-face.
- Have owned a full sales cycle start to finish.
- Operate with a lot of autonomy and little hand-holding.
- Are comfortable working directly with founders, day to day.
- Can sell a technical or regulated product without needing deep domain expertise on day one.
- Experience in fintech, RegTech, LegalTech, HealthTech or enterprise SaaS is a plus, not a requirement.
Why this role: You’re joining early enough to have real influence, the product is proven, momentum exists, and the next chapter is building the engine that scales it. If you still love the thrill of selling but want to build a function (and eventually lead a team) rather than just carry a bag, this is a strong next step.
