They’re looking for a highly strategic and operationally strong Chief of Staff / General Manager type operator to work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team. This is not a “PMO” style Chief of Staff role. The business needs someone who can operate as a genuine extension of the founder — helping drive execution, improve operational rigour, align teams, and accelerate commercial growth across the organisation. Ideal for someone who enjoys building structure without creating bureaucracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping prepare the company for Series A readiness and scale
- Supporting commercial and GTM initiatives alongside day-to-day operations
- Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, investors, and senior stakeholders
Importantly, this role has genuine progression potential into a UK GM position within the next 9–12 months, so the business is looking for someone with real executive gravitas and leadership capability — not somebody overly junior. You must be on no more than 1 month's notice period — this is for an immediate start.
