We are exclusively representing a multi award-winning, high growth luxury brand in the premium lifestyle and consumer goods space. As they enter their next phase of hyper-growth, they are looking for a highly commercial, strategic leader to step into the role of Senior Ecommerce Manager. In this role, you will oversee global direct-to-consumer (DTC) flagships and leading marketplaces across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Ecommerce growth blueprint across multiple DTC storefronts and global marketplaces (Shopify Plus, Amazon 1P/3P). You’ll hold ultimate commercial accountability for global revenue, conversion rates, AOV, and profitability.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to build unified forecasting models, demand planning, and high-velocity seasonal trading workflows.
- Directly manage and upskill regional ecommerce operators across international trading hubs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 8 years of dedicated, hands-on Ecommerce trading and management experience, with clear leadership progression within high-growth DTC or premium consumer product environments.
- Managing digital revenue performance across distinct global markets and localized international instances.
- Technical and commercial command of Shopify Plus architectures, advanced site merchandising practices, web analytics, and modern CRO testing structures.
- Strong competence overseeing operations across both primary DTC channels and major global marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is highly advantageous.
- Experience building and inspiring distributed or matrixed teams.
- You thrive in fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environments.
