Founder’s Associate – Growth | Fast-scaling Climate Tech SaaS | London (hybrid) | £50–70k + bonus + equity
I’m partnering with one of the most exciting seed-stage climate tech startups in the UK to hire a Founder’s Associate focused on growth.

My client is a climate tech SaaS business helping to speed up the UK’s move to net zero. Their platform replaces scattered, manual ways of working with one end-to-end system, and customers are seeing big gains in efficiency and sales conversion.

- A leading position in its core UK market within two years of launch
- Backed by top-tier investors, well-funded with a clear path to the next round
- Team of 30+ and growing fast
- Expanding into new product lines and new markets
The role
You’ll report to the Founder and sit in the growth function alongside the Growth Lead, getting stuck into anything that speeds up growth:
- Designing and running growth experiments: dropping what doesn’t work, doubling down on what does
- Owning ads, creative and content with freelancers: copy, video, customer stories, nurture emails, onboarding guides
- Building out product marketing and marketing to existing customers (a new area you’ll shape)
- Building the systems and RevOps that let sales and customer success scale efficiently
- Digging into product usage and funnel data to spot where to change tack
About you
- 1–6 years’ experience in marketing, growth, consulting or finance, or a previous Founder’s/Commercial Associate role
- A rare mix of analytical and creative: comfortable in Excel, and you write sharp, concise copy
- Relentlessly proactive: you’ve built things on the side or driven change beyond your remit
- You’ve engaged with growth as a discipline and can talk about what inspires you
- Low ego, high self-awareness: you welcome challenge and know what you’re working on
- Curious about technical domains and genuinely interested in climate
