Finance Lead / Finance Manager | Venture Capital | Central London
We're partnering with a boutique, London-based VC firm looking to appoint a Finance Lead / Finance Manager to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for both fund accounting and management company accounting, offering plenty of ownership within a small, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day fund accounting, including capital calls, distributions, management fees and investor reporting.
- Overseeing management company accounting, including management accounts, P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
- Coordinating quarterly portfolio reporting and supporting fund valuations.
- Managing relationships with fund administrators, accountants and auditors, including year-end accounts and audit processes.
- Supporting wider finance and fund operations as required.
We're keen to speak with qualified accountants with strong fund accounting experience, ideally gained within VC or PE, alongside experience in management company accounting.
