About the Role
The Performance Marketing Team at Agoda focuses on data-driven, at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value. The team blends analysts, marketers, and data scientists to test, optimize and model paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Test, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms; design hypotheses and implement changes from successful tests.
- Build surveys to track brand metrics and develop research methodologies.
- Analyze large data sets from experiments, develop optimization models, and build dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science).
- Working knowledge of running paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Fluent and confident communication in English.
- Exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong problem‑solving, numerical reasoning, and statistics skills.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Efficient stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing.
