The B2B Marketing team at Agoda is seeking a Marketing Strategy Analyst (B2B Content Strategy) to work on our content strategy efforts. The ideal candidate will define and execute our product marketing strategy, ensure our products resonate with our target audience, and drive market success. You will work on initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and create compelling narratives for our B2B partners and prospective partners.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Strategy Analyst (B2B Content Strategy), you will develop and execute communication strategies aimed at B2B partners. This role contributes to Agoda’s product marketing strategies, core value propositions, content optimization, measurement tracking, and materials for C-suite presentations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to showcase our strengths in the B2B travel sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategy: create strategies and materials that engage B2B audiences, elevate brand awareness, and deliver measurable business results across multiple business units.
  • Craft Compelling Product Messaging: develop messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Project Management of Cross-Functional Initiatives: ensure alignment and effective communication among stakeholders while managing cross-functional projects.
  • Performance Analysis: analyze product and channel metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve offerings.
  • Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including promotional campaigns, sales enablement, and training.
  • Conduct Market Research: identify partner needs and market trends to develop competitive positioning.
  • Craft Engaging Presentations: design and manage high-impact presentations for partners and C-suite executives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Extensive Experience: at least 2 years in product marketing, strategy, content marketing, or related roles, preferably in tech. B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Approach: strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: ability to tackle complex challenges and adapt to evolving scenarios.
  • Strong Communication Skills: excellent writing and verbal communication; ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Strategic Mindset: experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative.
  • Industry and Product Knowledge: familiarity with tech and travel industries; online travel agency experience is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software is advantageous.
