A specialist international disputes practice is looking to appoint a Senior Associate into its construction arbitration team, advising on complex, high value disputes across major infrastructure and energy projects. Working closely with partners across a global platform, you will take a central role in international arbitration matters, including shaping case strategy, drafting submissions and managing junior team members. The work is cross-border in nature and often involves disputes arising from large scale construction, engineering and natural resources projects.
You will have direct exposure to clients, experts and tribunals, with the opportunity to build your profile through involvement in publications, client briefings and wider business development initiatives.
Candidate profile:- England and Wales or common law qualified
- 6+ years’ PQE with strong arbitration experience
- Background in construction, infrastructure or energy disputes preferred
- Experience handling complex, high value international matters
- Strong academics and clear written and oral communication skills
- Additional language capability beneficial
