A well-regarded offshore firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to advise on Cayman law matters from its London office. No prior offshore experience required.
The Role
You'll work directly with partners and senior lawyers across a varied mix of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including M&A, restructurings, downstream private equity, capital markets and general corporate advisory. There will also be exposure to digital assets, AI and emerging technology work.
Who They're Looking For
- 5+ years' PQE
- Strong academics and a track record of leading on matters
- Trained and practised with a recognised offshore, US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or comparable international firm
- Excellent drafting, sound commercial judgement and client-handling skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and building relationships across an international platform
