This role sits within a leading offshore litigation team and offers hands-on exposure to complex, cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters from day one. The Role: You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including formal appointments, asset recovery and enforcement strategies, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements. The role offers regular client contact and the chance to take ownership of matters well beyond what is typical at this level in larger onshore practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Commonwealth qualified with 3–5 years’ PQE
- Experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation
