Candidates should offer:
- 4-5 years' PQE, although strong candidates outside this range may be considered
- England & Wales qualification or experience from a similar common law jurisdiction
- Solid financial sponsor experience gained within a recognised corporate or private equity practice
- Experience with SPAs, management incentive documents, leaver terms, shareholders' agreements, NDAs, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary deal documentation
- Some understanding of sponsor transaction structuring and funds flow review
- Strong academics, excellent drafting skills and the confidence to manage responsibility in a fast-paced environment
