Based in London, you will work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm's international network on high-value commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.
Qualifications
- At least three years' experience in high-value international arbitration, commercial, investment treaty, or both
- A strong academic record
- Full business proficiency in English and Arabic, which is essential
- Clear, precise, and persuasive writing
- Rigour and creativity in legal research and analysis
- Confidence presenting before tribunals
- Genuine commercial awareness, with the ability to manage their own workload and that of others
Responsibilities
- Contributing to case theory and strategy alongside partners and senior colleagues
- Taking a lead role in drafting written submissions and supervising junior team members through that process
- Overseeing research and document review workstreams
- Supporting the preparation of witness and expert evidence
- Engaging directly with clients, opposing counsel, tribunals, witnesses, and experts
