Agnew O'Brien in Jersey is seeking an Associate to join its litigation and dispute resolution team.

You will handle a mixed caseload spanning commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and joint venture claims, asset tracing and civil fraud, as well as contentious trust proceedings and insolvency matters with an international dimension.

Much of the work is cross-border, with matters often running in parallel with proceedings in England, the BVI, Cayman or the United States.
