Overview
A leading offshore law firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its expanding Investment Funds & Corporate practice in Guernsey. This is a key opportunity to work alongside highly regarded practitioners and play a central role in the growth of the firm’s Channel Islands platform.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds and/or corporate law.
- Strong academics and a proven track record advising leading financial institutions and fund managers.
Responsibilities
- Advising on the full spectrum of investment funds and corporate matters.
- Taking ownership of client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Supporting partners and colleagues while mentoring junior lawyers.
