A leading offshore law firm is seeking two Senior Associates to join its Corporate Funds practice in Jersey. These appointments will focus on servicing a flagship client of the firm, ensuring exposure to a steady stream of complex and high-value work, with little or no requirement for business development.
Applicants should be Commonwealth qualified lawyers with 5–8 years’ PQE and excellent academics. Strong M&A experience is highly desirable, although those with a broader corporate background will also be considered. Previous funds experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates must be capable of managing complex transactions independently and demonstrate exceptional intelligence, judgement and drafting ability. Fluency in French or Swedish would be a welcome addition but is not essential.
