Responsibilities
- The role involves supporting partners on a broad mix of corporate and finance transactions including acquisitions, restructurings, financings, funds instructions and regulatory advice.
- You will be responsible for managing delegated matters, drafting and reviewing documentation, producing legal opinions and supporting clients across a varied caseload.
The firm welcomes applications from both solicitors and barristers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have 2–4 years of post qualification experience, with a strong grounding in transactional or non contentious advisory work.
- Offshore experience is helpful but not essential.
- Strong technical ability, attention to detail and the confidence to work directly with clients will be important.
