This prestigious offshore practice is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join its well-respected litigation team in Jersey. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious matters, including trust disputes, insolvency and restructuring, commercial litigation, fraud, asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and alternative dispute resolution, many of which involve complex cross‐border elements. Applicants should possess 6+ years' post‐qualification experience, ideally gained with a leading international or offshore law firm.
