The team covers M&A, private equity structures, equity capital markets, joint ventures and reorganisations, with a growing technology practice including Web3, digital assets and AI.
Strong candidates will have 5+ years' PQE and be qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction; experience at a top firm is preferred.
