A well-established offshore law firm is looking to add a mid-senior level corporate lawyer to its London office. This is a key role within a globally integrated team advising on offshore elements of complex, cross-border transactions. The practice is consistently instructed on high-value matters involving private equity sponsors, financial institutions and international corporates. Work typically includes M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and equity financings, often running alongside leading US and Magic Circle firms.
You will work closely with senior lawyers on active matters while taking increasing ownership of transactions, with direct exposure to clients and intermediaries. The structure is lean, giving you visibility and responsibility earlier than would typically be the case in larger onshore teams.
