A leading offshore law firm is looking to hire an ambitious litigation associate to join its growing disputes team in Guernsey. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial litigation within a globally recognised practice offering cross-border exposure and a collaborative working culture.
The successful candidate will act for an international client base that includes financial institutions, corporates, investment funds, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals. Work will span general commercial litigation, contentious trusts, insolvency and restructuring, and regulatory matters.
Applicants should be qualified in a common law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation. A strong academic background, sound commercial judgment, and an adaptable, team-oriented approach are essential. Previous offshore experience is welcome but not essential.
