A growing offshore disputes team in Jersey is seeking a junior Associate to join its market leading Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice. The role focuses on contentious financial services matters including insolvency, commercial litigation and high-value trust disputes, often with cross-border elements. Clients include global corporates, banks, insolvency practitioners and fiduciaries. You will assist on matters from interim relief and disclosure through to substantive proceedings, enforcement and asset recovery, while gaining early responsibility and direct exposure to experienced practitioners.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer with at least 1 year’s PQE in insolvency, commercial or trust litigation
- Strong academic pedigree & training
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
- Clear & confident written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable within the cut and thrust of complex disputes practice
- Offshore experience is advantageous but not required
