A specialist international arbitration practice is looking to appoint a junior associate to join its disputes team, working on high-value, cross-border matters across commercial and investment treaty arbitration. You will support complex proceedings involving transnational contracts, investor-state disputes and public international law issues, working closely with partners and senior lawyers across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers early responsibility across drafting, research and case preparation, alongside direct exposure to clients, experts and tribunals. This is a focused arbitration platform where junior lawyers are given genuine involvement in advocacy and encouraged to develop their profile in the field, rather than operating within a heavily layered structure.
