A rare opportunity to join a leading specialist international arbitration practice — a firm structured to give lawyers substantive, high-quality work and direct partner contact that is not available at most full-service firms.

The Firm

A boutique in the truest sense, focused exclusively on international arbitration. With offices spanning the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, the firm acts for sovereign states and multinational corporations on complex, high-value disputes. It is consistently recognised as a market leader across the jurisdictions in which it operates.

The Role

  • Based in London, you will work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm's international network on high-value commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.
  • Contributing to case theory and strategy alongside partners and senior colleagues.
  • Taking a lead role in drafting written submissions and supervising junior team members through that process.
  • Overseeing research and document review workstreams.
  • Supporting the preparation of witness and expert evidence.
  • Engaging directly with clients, opposing counsel, tribunals, witnesses, and experts.

The Candidate

You will have at least three years' experience in high-value international arbitration — commercial, investment treaty, or both — and a strong academic record. Full business proficiency in English and Arabic is essential. The firm is looking for lawyers who write with clarity, precision, and persuasion; who bring rigour and creativity to legal research and analysis; who present confidently before tribunals; and who manage their own workload and that of others with genuine commercial awareness.

Compensation

Remunerated at US market rates.
