A globally recognised offshore firm with a market-leading funds practice is seeking an experienced associate for its London office. This is a unique opportunity to work with a blue-chip client base, advising on high-value, cross-border investment structures within a very close knit, collegiate team.
As a key member of the Funds & Investment Management team, you will:
- Advise on the formation, structuring, compliance, and restructuring of Cayman Islands investment vehicles, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, and private equity funds.
- Work closely with top-tier European alternative investment fund managers and their onshore counsel.
- Engage in business development initiatives, contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm’s funds practice.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds, regulatory, or corporate law from a top-tier law firm.
- A strong academic background with exceptional drafting and communication skills.
- Technical expertise in fund structuring and regulatory compliance.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with high-profile clients and collaborate effectively within a collegiate team.
