We are assisting a leading offshore law firm in their search for a talented litigator to join their busy disputes practice in the BVI. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of high-value, cross-border disputes in one of the world’s most dynamic offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate before the High Court, Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Privy Council.
• Draft pleadings, evidence, applications, and written submissions of the highest calibre.
• Manage fast-paced, high-value commercial litigation, often cross-border in nature.
• Work alongside partners on contentious company, trust, insolvency, and fraud-related disputes.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ PQE, admitted as a barrister or solicitor advocate in England & Wales (BVI admission advantageous).
• Proven track record of oral advocacy and courtroom experience in high stakes matters.
• Strong drafting skills across pleadings, applications, and evidence.
• Offshore litigation experience (BVI or other BOTs) preferred.
