A leading offshore law firm is seeking an Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its top-tier Dispute Resolution practice in Jersey. The team advises on complex, cross-border matters, with a focus on commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with strong technical skills and commercial awareness to advance their careers in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Offshore experience is welcome but not essential. Those already based in Jersey or intending to relocate will be prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on contentious commercial matters, including litigation and insolvency
- Supporting senior lawyers on multi-jurisdictional mandates
- Managing client relationships and contributing to financial performance
- Monitoring legal developments relevant to client interests
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years\’ post-qualification experience (mandatory minimum)
- Solid background in commercial litigation; insolvency/restructuring experience a plus
