A sustained pipeline of complex cross-border mandates has created a permanent opening within a technically demanding offshore corporate and funds practice in Jersey. The team advises established fund sponsors, private equity houses and real estate investors on sophisticated structures and high-value transactions, operating with consistently high standards of commercial judgment and delivery. This is not a short-term relocation opportunity. It is a role for lawyers who are serious about building depth in offshore corporate and funds work within a disciplined, performance-driven environment.

Scope of work:

  • Advising on multi-jurisdictional corporate and funds transactions
  • M&A, restructurings and the establishment of investment and holding structures
  • Debt and equity financings connected to fund and corporate vehicles
  • Working closely with leading onshore counsel and professional advisers
  • Taking ownership of defined transaction workstreams, commensurate with experience

Candidate profile:

  • Commonwealth qualified lawyer
  • 3 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in corporate funds or corporate real estate
  • Solid transactional grounding, ideally including M&A or structured finance
  • Comfortable managing complex matters involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong academics with sound analytical and numerical capability
  • Willing and able to relocate to Jersey on a full-time basis
