We are working with a prestigious offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands that seeks a talented corporate lawyer (c.2–6 PQE) to join its expanding practice. This position offers the opportunity to assume a key role within a respected, internationally active team while enjoying the benefits of life in a leading Caribbean jurisdiction.
The firm advises a sophisticated global client base — including multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity houses, and HNWIs — on a broad spectrum of corporate and finance matters. Areas of focus include cross-border M&A, capital markets, banking and finance, private equity, investment funds, and fintech, including digital asset-related transactions.
This is a strategic hire, suited to an ambitious individual seeking greater responsibility and the chance to develop a long-term career within a market-leading offshore platform. You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters alongside some of the best-regarded lawyers in the sector.
Candidate Requirements:
- Common law qualified (BVI or England & Wales admission preferred).
- Strong academic background and training.
- 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in high-value corporate transactions, ideally within a leading onshore or offshore firm.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
