The Role
Working closely with some of the most respected arbitration practitioners in the market, you will play a hands‑on role across every stage of high‑profile international disputes, including:
- Developing case theory and strategy on major construction and infrastructure arbitrations
- Drafting persuasive written submissions and managing junior associates through the process
- Overseeing research, evidence management, and document review
- Preparing witness and expert evidence on complex delay and quantum issues
- Liaising directly with clients, experts, tribunals, and opposing counsel
- Supporting partners on business development, publications, and client briefings
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years’ post‑qualification experience (UK or Commonwealth) in international arbitration or cross‑border disputes
- Proven experience in construction, engineering, or energy‑related arbitrations, ideally involving technical and delay issues
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written advocacy skills
- Strong grasp of arbitral procedure and related court applications
- Additional language skills will be highly regarded
