An elite US law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its London Banking practice. The role will involve advising major banks, direct lenders, and private equity sponsors on complex cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings, with exposure to high-profile European and global transactions.
Academically superb, applicants should be England & Wales or Commonwealth qualified with a minimum of three years’ PQE gained in a top-tier finance practice. You will have strong experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or sponsor-side acquisition finance, supported by excellent drafting skills and commercial judgment.
