A superb opportunity exists for a Banking & Finance Associate to join a leading offshore firm in the Cayman Islands. Working alongside highly experienced senior colleagues, the successful candidate will advise leading financial institutions, funds and corporate clients on complex cross-border financing transactions.
The role offers exposure across a broad spectrum of banking and finance work, including secured lending, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, fund finance and related transactional matters. The position combines sophisticated work, excellent client exposure and clear career progression within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance, gained at a leading onshore or offshore law firm.
- Admission to practice in a qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent drafting, technical and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with strong interpersonal, organisational and client management capabilities.
