- Time served with relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ Qualifications.
- Previous experience in a franchised car dealership (previous VAG franchise experience would be an advantage but is not essential).
- Practical knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment/techniques.
- Ability to work in a busy environment to a high standard.
- Maximise fix first visit performance.
- Ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
- Complete accurate EVHC reports embracing CiT Now video technology.
- Full driving licence (aged over 21 for Insurance purposes).
