Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great communication? Are you a welcoming and committed individual who would play the part in delivering an unrivalled customer experience?
The ideal person will have/be:
- Supervisory experience of managing a small team
- At least 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing role
- Previous switchboard experience
- Smart, professional appearance and courteous manner
- Confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
- Can demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service
- Can lead by example and nurture the reception teams strengths and identify areas for improvement
And if possible (but not essential) have:
- Experience in a showroom environment
