The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Hold a current and full driving licence - aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
- Excellent customer handling skills - able to build strong relationships.
- Strong desire to succeed and exceed allocated sales targets.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a small team, as well as on their own initiative.
- Experience in selling through building customer relationships.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 3:30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch, totaling 27.5 hours per week.
Salary: Basic figure of £16,359 per annum with a potential £1,165 bonus, giving a total OTE figure of £17,524 per annum.
