Job summary

Do you have the leadership skills to manage a multi-disciplined team? Do you enjoy building positive working relationships?

The Ideal person will have/be:

  • Proven track record of achievement in a busy vehicle sales environment, gained in a franchised dealership at a Senior level.
  • The ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Experience of customer relationship management.
  • Maintain New and Used Stock profiles in keeping with company targets and guidelines.
  • A minimum of 2 years' previous sales management/controller experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience of managing and concluding Sales negotiations, including second facing by assisting the sales team and strengthening customer confidence.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Full, valid driving licence - aged 21 for insurance purposes.
