Job summary

The ideal person will have/be:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A positive role model and influence with regards to Health and Safety.
- Actively identify risks and present suggestions of improvement.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude to meet and exceed targets.
- Proven record of being a positive team player.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changeable environment with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work in an organised & methodical manner ensuring that all daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Identify and present opportunities for growth to maximise departmental profitability.
- A proven track record of achieving targets in a busy working environment.
And if possible (but not essential) have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a Workshop Environment.
- CDK / Keyloop knowledge.
- A strong working knowledge of modern motor technology.
- Previous experience of the BMW/MINI Brand.
