Job summary
Do you work well under pressure with a passion for customer service? Do you possess excellent engagement skills to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction?
To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:
- A team player who works well under pressure and has a real passion for customer service.
- The ability to work within given timescales and the ability to pursue all aspects of administration.
- Have achieved or be expected to achieve at least grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate a passionate interest in or relevant practical experience of motor vehicles.
- Strong ability in IT.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- The ability to learn and apply new concepts and ideas.
- Flexible approach to working hours as shift patterns may be in operation.
- A confirmed or pending place at a FE college or training facility such as Transport Training Services.
