Job summary:
Are you a welcoming and committed individual with the ability to deliver an unrivalled customer experience? Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great communication?
The ideal person will have/be:
- 1 years' experience dealing directly with customers in a Retail, Restaurant or Hotel environment
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum grade C in Maths and English
- Previous telephony/switchboard experience would be advantageous
- A confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for service excellence
- Previous experience of serving food & or coffee would be advantageous
- A flexible approach in regard to working hours and days of the week within a small team
