:00 Job summary Are you a welcoming and committed individual with the ability to deliver an unrivalled customer experience?

The ideal person will have/be: At least 1 years' experience dealing directly with customers in an Automotive, Retail, Restaurant or Hotel environment.

Minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C/Grade 4 or above.

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where delivering excellent customer service was a priority.

Experience handling customer enquiries professionally, both face-to-face and over the telephone.

Be a confident, well-presented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Have a genuine passion for service excellence.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA: Previous telephony/switchboard experience would be advantageous.

Previous experience of serving food & or coffee would be advantageous.

Previous experience in an automotive retail environment.

Must have a flexible approach in regard to working hours and days of the week within a small team.
