Job summary

Are you a welcoming and committed individual who would play the part in delivering an unrivalled customer experience? Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great communication?

The ideal person will have/be:

  • At least 1 year's relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (within Retail, Hospitality or similar).
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.
  • Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.

And if possible (but not essential) have:

  • Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.
  • 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (within Retail, Hospitality or similar).
  • Barista trained would be an advantage.
