Job summary
Do you have previous experience in a Service Desk environment? Are you keen to work in a busy dynamic team with excellent opportunities for personal development?
The ideal person will have/be:
- At least 2 years' experience supporting Windows OS and related technologies.
- Previous experience of working in a Structured Service Desk environment.
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Proven track record in resolving IT issues within SLA deadlines.
- Office 365 & Azure AD Administration.
- Some experience of problem analysis and incident resolution.
- Some knowledge of networking technologies.
- Full Driving licence and access to your own transport.
- Experience of dealing with IT suppliers.
And if possible (but not essential) have/be:
- ITIL accredited.
- Cisco Unified Communications (Adds Moves & Change).
- Working knowledge of Service Now Administration.
