The Fleet Support Executive supports the coordination of fleet vehicles from arrival on site through to customer handover. The role ensures all vehicles are prepared to a high standard, processed accurately, and meet company and leasing partner requirements.
The ideal person will have/be:
- Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
- Full, valid driving licence (aged 21 for insurance purposes)
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Confident using Microsoft Office and similar systems
- Ability to complete digital checklists accurately
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple vehicles at different stages
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
