Are you passionate about delivering excellent service to customers at all stages of their sales journey?

The ideal person will have/be:

  • Previous experience in sales within a franchised showroom environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries and confidence in handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Experience using retailer CRM systems such as EnquiryMAX and Drive.
  • Experience building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service, ensuring 5* customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence, aged 21 for insurance purposes.

Desirable Criteria:

  • A career history in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Previous experience in car sales or Finance and Insurance would be advantageous.
