Job summary

Are you passionate about delivering the best service for customers at all stages of their sales journey? Do you work well as part of a fast paced diverse team?

The ideal person will have/be:

  • Essential
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year administrative experience in the motor industry.
  • Minimum of C grade in English and Maths at GCSE level.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in general administration essential.
  • Be accustomed to working in a modern computerised environment and be familiar with database systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Must be flexible to working pattern to meet personal and company objectives.
  • Desirable
  • Ability to use Kerridge DMS is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a VAG dealership.
  • Costing experience desirable.
