The Sales Consultant will be responsible for securing profitable international business, contributing directly to the ongoing financial success of the Bishop's Move. Primarily managing private individuals moving from the UK abroad to Europe and further afield.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritise daily sales activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally from private, corporate, and trade.
- Promote and sell international relocation services effectively.
- Prepare accurate quotations and submit comprehensive proposals.
- Follow up on all sales proposals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior management to expand international business.
- Achieve sales targets as determined by senior management.
- Assist clerical staff when necessary to support seamless service delivery.
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage.
- Communicate all client-specific requirements to operational teams.
- Provide holiday cover when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of European and overseas relocation processes.
- Any other duties as may be requested by Management.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B and B2C sales experience/knowledge with a demonstrable track record within the international moving industry.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Computer literate; CRM and Sales Software systems, Microsoft programs, Data entry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Desirable: Multilingual skills.
