We are seeking an experienced QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) Officer to manage and influence the AGM Group’s QHSE compliance agenda ensuring high quality and legal compliance by employees at all times and all to recognised quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the group’s individual brand General Managers to determine QHSE requirements and ensuring QHSE compliance standards are met at all times.
- Manage the administration of all QHSE systems, procedures and accreditations across the group.
- Liaise with management and, where required, external agencies to support the roll out of existing and future projects.
- Promote effective practice and quality improvement.
- Provide regular reports to the Chief Operations Officer as may be required.
- Maintain the ISO quality standards for Group companies.
- Maintain BAR membership via annual audits across group companies.
- Lead a review of each company's quality monitoring systems and implement the output of the review.
- Annually review systems for continued improvement.
- Carry out such other duties as the Company may reasonably assign to you from time to time that are commensurate with your experience and status within the Company.
Essential
- Minimum 2+ years previous experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE).
- Hold IOSH/NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Full UK drivers’ licence.
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent IT skills with full working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Desirable
- Experience working in the Logistics and Relocation industry.

- Salary: £35,000 per annum.
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday) times can vary depending on the job and can finish late on occasion.
