Trainee Valuation Surveyor
Structured APC Training Provided
An exciting opportunity has opened for a graduate to join our successful team as a Trainee Valuation Surveyor. The role is based at our head office in Enfield Town, just 30 minutes from Central London, with excellent transport links.
We are dedicated RICS APC providers, offering what we believe to be the best structured and \”hands-on\” training in the industry to support your journey toward becoming a qualified RICS Member. We boast a 100% first-time pass rate for all our graduates.
Our expertise: Leading specialists in commercial and residential valuations, LPA Receivership, working with over 100 mainstream lenders. We handle private valuations, homebuyer and building surveys, focusing on high-value properties from £500,000 to £50,000,000 in London and surrounding counties, especially Central London.
We provide valuations and property appraisals for major commercial lenders, investors, occupiers, property companies, pension funds, government departments, and public corporations. Our work covers sectors like office, industrial, retail, leisure, care homes, hotels, and healthcare facilities.
Additional expertise: Extensive experience in property insolvency, managing residential and commercial Fixed Charge Receiverships, and appointments under the Law of Property Act 1925. We are also skilled in property and business acquisition/disposal across the UK commercial sector.
The successful candidate will handle all aspects of commercial and residential valuation surveying, with opportunities to engage in Landlord & Tenant, agency, and LPA Receivership disciplines.
Requirements:
- Recognised undergraduate or postgraduate RICS degree
- Excellent English and Math skills
- Ideally, possess a car and a full UK driving license
