Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hull Area
Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor with our team, you will:

Oversee the financial aspects of residential new builds and refurbishment projects.

Manage the procurement of sub-contractors and negotiate agreements.

Prepare and review bills of quantity.

Monitor and reconcile project costs.

Collaborate with site management and stakeholders on valuation and final account agreements.

Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential new builds and refurbishments.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and relevant codes of practice.

Familiarity with JCT forms of contract; NEC experience is a plus.
