Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Hull Area

Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor with our team, you will:

  • Oversee the financial aspects of residential new builds and refurbishment projects.

  • Manage the procurement of sub-contractors and negotiate agreements.

  • Prepare and review bills of quantity.

  • Monitor and reconcile project costs.

  • Collaborate with site management and stakeholders on valuation and final account agreements.

  • Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential new builds and refurbishments.

  • Familiarity with JCT forms of contract; NEC experience is a plus.
