Our client is seeking to appoint aQuantity Surveyorto join their dynamic team, focusing on projects in the Peterborough and East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to provide commercial support across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from£300k to £10m. Clients span a variety of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial, and health.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, whether at intermediate or senior level. You’ll take ownership of multiple projects, handling tasks such as:

  • Subcontract procurement, payments, and measures

  • Cost management and valuations

  • Building estimates and variation costings

  • Forecasting and cost value reporting

Familiarity withJCT / NEC forms of contractsis essential.
